Come along and see well known cookery writer and chef, Carolyn Chesshire will demonstrate her specially created recipe using British Cherries in support of British Cherry Day. All the ingredients used in Carolyn's recipes are sourced locally. Come along and taste Carolyn's cooking and pick up cooking tips for an expert.

Listen to Robert Elliott read from his book The Food Maze. Robert will talk about his personal journey through the food maze. With all the recent talk of battery hens and cheap food, he gives a clear understanding of what our food is all about and the simple secret at its heart - that real food is what your body needs. Robert is also one of the owners of Aspen House the award-winning local B&B and restaurant.
